Her Story

Jen was born and raised in the beautiful setting of Rochester and the Finger Lakes region of New York state. After graduating, she began to explore the rest of this beautiful country, living in various places from the cold shores of Lake Champlain in Burlington, Vermont, to the tropical beaches of St. John USVI, and the deeply historic and soulful city of New Orleans, Louisiana. For most of the last 20 years, she has called the San Francisco Bay Area her home.

Always having had a connection and love for nature and color, she specializes in representational art, capturing the essence of living beings in a variety of natural settings. With her rapid and explorative style, she flexes her highly creative and adventurous mind, often through repurposing materials, to create new and different textures and modalities.

Over the past 18 years, she has been, and continues to be privately commissioned and has exhibited her work in various venues in California and New York.  With each new innovative piece she creates, audiences continue to be surprised and amazed on a visceral level.
